What’s Included / Main Attractions
Pumpkin Patch & U-Pick Fields
Pick your own pumpkins straight from the patch — from minis to giants — and enjoy our seasonal U-Pick experiences with strawberries, raspberries, and wildflower/sunflower patches throughout the year.
Farm Store
Bring a taste of the farm home! Shop our farm-raised meats, ready-made meals, maple syrup, and other Cooper’s products, with locally grown and handmade goods as an added bonus.
10 Acre Corn MAZE
Adventure through 10 acres of twists and turns! Along the way, answer trivia questions based on this year’s maze theme. Get them right, and you’ll head in the right direction… get them wrong, and you might find yourself even more lost!
Wagon Rides
Climb aboard a tractor-pulled wagon and enjoy a scenic ride around the farm. A fall tradition and the perfect way to take in the crisp autumn air. It travels to and from the pumpkin patch to help you carry them pack to the front.
The Barn Yard
Say hello to our farm animals — pigs, one friendly goat, cows, and a few farm cats. They’re here to see, not to pet, but they’re always fun to visit!
Beyond the maze, there’s plenty of fun waiting: test your skills at corn hole, try the “No Left Turn” mini asparagus maze, play a board game, or join a round of grass volleyball on sunny days.
Bakery /Food / Hot Drinks
Treat yourself to fresh-baked pies, cookies, and pumpkin spice favorites. Warm up with a hot apple cider, coffee, or hot chocolate between adventures.
Getting Hungry?
Visit our Grain Bin for Cooper’s own hot dog’s, warm soups, and more fall favs. We often feature a food truck as well!

-Each ticket gives you a 2-hour time slot.
-If you’re booked in the last slot of the day, please be on time — last entry closes 1 hour before we do.
-Look for the red tent for check in.
-Arrive 30 minutes early if desired! (reccomended)

Dog Saturdays
We love pups! To keep all guests (and tails) wagging safely, please follow our dog policy:
🗓️ Dogs are welcome on Saturdays only (except for service dogs – see below).
🐕 Leash Required: Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
💧 Please bring your own water, treats, and waste bags.
🚮 Clean Up: Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. (No one wants to step in poop!)
🐾 You are responsible for your dog and its actions at all times.🎟️ A ticket must be purchased for your pooch & a completed waiver. (Available on our online ticket site.
Service Dogs: No Ticket Required
Welcome every day we are open.
-Must wear identifying gear and you must carry proof of service status as outlined by Ontario’s Accessibility Act.
-We may request a copy of your proof/contact info for safety records if any issue arises.

Parking & Directions
Free on-site parking available. Look for signs when you arrive.
We’re located at 266 Ashworth Road, Zephyr, ON. To all of our Urban friends, you will be coming out to the country! Be safe on the roads, you may get stuck behind a tractor & there is more wildlife around. Drive safe!

Overflow parking is available on busy weekends.

Cash buyers save money, but will wait in the cash/debit/credit line while pre-booked ticket holders are checked in first. -
All online ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may be rebooked prior to your booked date for a $5.00 rebooking fee (per order).
If you contact us after your booked date has passed, tickets cannot be refunded or rebooked.
If no future dates are available due to the end of the season, rescheduling may be offered into the following year on a case-by-case basis.
