When available, we offer the opportunity to buy in bulk and customize your order. We supply you with an animal, have you fill out the cutting information (a sheet selecting what cuts you would like from the animal), we have our abattoir butcher process the animal to your specifications, then have it fresh frozen and ready for you to pick up at our farm store.

Due to our limited storage space, we can not store your order. Delaying your pick up time too long will result in your custom order being sold. *
Beef
We offer whole or half sides of beef - whole averaging in 650-850lbs for a carcass and 350-425lbs for a side of beef.
Pork
We offer whole pigs- whole averaging 200-250lbs for a whole carcass.
We also can have BBQ pigs ready for you when we have them available. We have it processed so that the whole pig is ready to go right on the large roasters.
