Pickup Options

Farm Pickup (Zephyr, ON)

  • Location: Cooper’s CSA Farm & Maze – View on Google Maps

  • Details: Pickup directly from our farm store! When you arrive, follow the signs to the pickup area and give the name on your order. Our team will have it ready for you.

  • Pickup Days & Times: These vary seasonally — the most current options are always listed on our Local Line storefront. We update it regularly so you always see the correct pickup windows at checkout.

Remote Pickup (Newmarket)

  • Location: Partner Brewery in Newmarket (Newmarket Brew CO.)

  • Details: We partner with a local brewery to offer convenient remote pickups for our customers in the Newmarket area. Pickup times and details are always available on our Local Line page.

🚚 Home Delivery

Weekly Delivery Schedule

  • Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays

    • Durham Region

    • York Region

    • Most of the GTA

    • Select areas of Downtown Toronto (excluding the CN Tower / busiest core zones)

📦 Note: We do not deliver to high-rise condos unless your order can be left with a front desk or concierge. Drivers must have easy, free access to parking for safe drop-offs.

How It Works

  • Delivery routes and estimated times are listed each week on our Local Line storefront, as these also change seasonally.

  • You’ll receive a text message notification when your order is dropped off.

  • We recommend leaving a cooler or tote outside so we can safely place your items inside and protect them from weather.

  • There’s a notes section during checkout for you to add delivery instructions (e.g., “leave by back porch” or “ring side doorbell”).

Packaging & Sustainability

We aim to reuse our packaging wherever possible! If you can, please have coolers or bags ready for us to transfer your order into upon delivery. This helps us keep packaging costs down and reduces waste.

Delivery Fee

  • A small delivery fee applies to all home deliveries.

  • Orders over $200 qualify for free delivery!

Create an Account

To shop our online farm store, you’ll need a Local Line account. It’s free, quick to set up, and helps you save your order history, delivery addresses, and preferences for next time.

Payment Options

We offer several flexible payment options to make supporting the farm simple:

  • Credit or Debit Card: Pay securely through the Local Line checkout.

  • E-Transfer, Cash, or Cheque (Preload Option): You can load funds onto your account in advance using one of these methods. When you do, you’ll receive bonus credits added to your balance as a thank-you for supporting the farm upfront.

    💚 This honors the tradition of CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) — where members invest in the farm before the growing season begins. Your early contribution helps us buy seeds, feed, and supplies each spring so we can grow and raise your food with care.

Bulk Payment Bonuses!

Anytime throughout the year, you can add a bulk payment to your account and receive bonus credits.

  • You must pay via Cash, E-Transfer, or Cheque.

  • To add a bulk payment, email us at steve-lisacooper@coopersfarm.ca.

  • Your payment will show up as credits on your Local Line account. As you shop, your orders are automatically paid from your credit balance until it runs out or you add more funds.

Bonus Levels:

  • $250+$10 bonus credit

  • $1,500+$100 bonus credit

How Preloading Works

  1. Choose the amount you’d like to preload onto your Local Line account.

  2. Send payment by cash, e-transfer, or cheque to the farm.

  3. We’ll add the funds (and your bonus!) to your account.

  4. Use your credits anytime when shopping through Local Line — they automatically apply at checkout.

Receipts & Notifications

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.

  • Before your pickup or delivery day, you’ll receive a reminder email.

  • If your order is being delivered, you’ll also get a text notification once it’s dropped off.

Security & Privacy

All payments made through Local Line are encrypted and processed securely. Your account details are private and never shared.

🛒 Editing Your Order

  • You can edit your cart or add items anytime before the store closes on Sunday at MIDNIGHT. But one you check out and pay, you cannot edit your order. You have to place another.

Order Editing, Substitutions & Cancellations

Substitutions, Inventory Errors, & Out-of-Stock Items

  • We harvest everything fresh each week, so sometimes the crops change from when we put out numbers on our farm store.

  • For produce, substitutions will be provided. We often send out an email if we have major crops issues. Otherwise, we make a note on your box.

  • If an item becomes comlpetely unavailable, we’ll remove it from your order and put credits back onto your account.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before the store closes on Sunday by emailing us at steve-lisacooper@coopersfarm.ca. Please email ASAP.

  • After sunday, orders are in the system and are prepped to be packed & harvested, but we’ll do our best to accommodate changes if possible.

  • If you need to skip your order for pickup or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

🌿 Because everything is harvested and prepared fresh, same-day cancellations are difficult — but we always aim to be fair and understanding.

Over the years, our CSA program has evolved into a more flexible and informal membership model. Today, becoming a member is simple — it means pre-loading credits, shopping monthly, and visiting the farm throughout the season. This approach keeps the same spirit of CSA alive while giving you more freedom and choice.
