MAZE VISIT NEED-TO-KNOWS 2023

1. Tickets:

2. The maze is wide enough for strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs (paths are still bumpy)

3. Wear appropriate footwear as the ground is uneven..it's a cornfield.

4. Outside snacks/food permitted.

   • When available, we have a featured food vendor.

   • We have a snack bar with Cooper’s products as well!

5. NO SMOKING or VAPING ON PROPERTY…EVER!.. The maze will burn down and you will be in a very bad situation!

6. No alcohol consumption please, it’s a Family Environment.

7. Maze runs rain or shine!

   • Plan for the weather, we don’t have extra rain boots or jackets.

   • There are no refunds for cancellations, you can rebook. (See rebooking down pass ticket pricing)

YOU are responsible for YOU and YOUR FAMILY/GROUP. We provide an awesome farm experience and a safe environment but slips, trips, falls, bug bites, bad smells, loud noises and so on are present at an active outdoor farm. SO please.. be safe, follow our low maintenance rules and have FUN!

Oct. 14th-29th 10:00am-12:00pm ~ 12:30pm-2:30pm ~ 3:00pm-5:00pm ~5:30pm-7:30pm

Check in begins 15 minutes before your time slot begins.

Sunday Time Slots

Thanksgiving monday

Pre-ordered Online Tickets

Each admission comes with a U-PICK-IT pumpkin from our pumpkin patch

Let us know ahead of time and you’ll get into the farm before walk-up sales.

$18/ticket + HST & Fees = $22.08/ticket

$67 /Group of 4 + HST & Fees = $82.46/4 tickets

$160 /Group of 10 +HST & Fees = $197.37/10 tickets

Group of 10 only offered online! Save $$ when you plan a big group ahead.

Dog Pass- $5 + HST & Fees = $6.87/ dog ticket

Dogs are only allowed on Saturdays! Service Dogs always welcome

Children aged 3 and under are FREE!

Walk-up Sales 2023:

WE OFFER A CASH DISCOUNT!

You will save $$ but upon arrival to the farm for your maze visit, you will have to wait in our cash/debit/credit line until we check in our pre-booked tickets.

***Debit & credit walk-up sales will be charged extra to cover fees.***

CASH: $20/person, $75.00/Group of 4, $5.00/Dog Ticket

Debit & Credit: $23.00/person, $87.00/Group of 4, $8.00/Dog Ticket

Re-Scheduling Tickets

You will need to create an account to do so. You will see a link in your confirmation email after purchasing tickets that will allow you to claim your account.

1. Edit your tickets via this portal. There is a ‘tickets’ tab that will show your tickets info, select edit and the option to change the date will pop up.

2. Please make your changes at least 48 hours in advance. You will not be able to reschedule for the day of, the system will not allow it

3.  There is a $3.00 fee to reschedule your tickets.

4. We do not give refunds for missing your day without rescheduling.

***Debit and credit are now subject to be charged an additional fee to cover fees from credit companies***

We recommend having 2 methods of payment with you- Cash & card

(Sometimes the WIFI likes to go on strike in the country which means we can’t always take cards…. )

“Are pets allowed to come with us to the maze?”

Family Dogs are allowed on SATURDAYS ONLY.. (due to insurance reasons).. *requires the purchase of a dog ticket.

Bring your dog to the maze on Saturdays

• Must purchase a dog ticket on our online store (limited spots)

• SATURDAYS ONLY. We are only insured for Saturdays- if you bring them any other day- you will not be allowed in.

• Dogs must remain on leashes at all times.

• Please bring water, waste bags, treats, and other essentials that your dog will need. These are not provided

• Service animals are welcomed all days we are open

  • You must provide proof that your animal is a service animal as outlined by Ontarios Accessibility Act regarding service animals. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals by the Ontario Accessibility Act.

  • Your animal must be wearing something identifying they are a service animal.

  • You must leave us a copy of your proof and your contact info if a situation arises
