MONTHLY WINTER MEAT SHARE (November 2009 to April 2010)
$550.00 - 10lbs / $1100.00 - 20lbs total, for a full six months!!
Naturally raised, grass and grain fed meats, available to pick up every month for as little as $92/month (10lb share)!! All the meats are raised either on our farm, or locally according to our exacting specifications and levels of quality, so that you can feel good about the food that you serve your family.
Beef & Pork are the basket staples. Expect a 60:40 ratio of beef to pork. This could vary according to the animals’ growths.
The turkeys are raised right on the farm and are free-range!
Monthly Baskets Contain:
Beef & Pork (these are the staples)
Occasional Specialty Meats: lamb, chicken, or chevon (goat)
Christmas Turkey
**All meat is frozen and you will receive an assortment of cuts over the entire 6 month period of the share (steaks, roasts, ribs, ground, stew, chops, bacon, ham, etc) **

**Delivery is available if you purchase the meat and vegetable share, for an additional $40. Delivery will be monthly on Fridays and pick up will be once a month on a Saturday. See schedule below in blue:

Although the payment for the vegetable and egg shares are paid up front ($90 & $45 respectively), if you choose to combine these shares with the meat share you can split your payments into three!!
The payment schedule for the combination shares are as follows:
- 1st payment November 1st, 2009
- 2nd payment January 1st, 2009
- Last payment March 1st, 2010
