VINAIGRETTE CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp Parmesan Reggiano

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

• Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and toss with salad greens.
  

• Grate some fresh Parmesan over top the salad and serve
