APRIL 2009
  • The 2nd was the perfect time to maintain and repair our equipment; it's an ongoing job, but with the nice weather we managed to get a lot done!
  • Mother Nature threw a real curveball - just as our baby chicks arrived, so too did winter again...Therefore, we kept them warm in a temporary brooding area in the barn.
  • The frost was finally out of the ground on the 9th and so we began work on the new greenhouse!

Spring has sprung and things are busier on the farm!  One of the first signs that spring has arrived is that our garlic crop is already up out of the ground!  Keep checking the recipe tab on this website for some delicious garlic-based recipes, as well as recipes featuring all of our delicious produce!
